Advocates for Children and Families (AACF)
The Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families works
to protect and promote the rights and well-being of
children and families through research, education, and
advocacy. Areas of focus in education are school funding,
low-income tax relief, supports for working families,
child care and early childhood education.
AACF filed an amicus
brief with the Arkansas Supreme Court in the Lakeview
case.

Citizens First Congress
The Congress is a multi-issue statewide coalition of
grassroots and policy organizations with over 50 member
organizations, including labor unions, grassroots environmental,
civil rights, child advocacy and good government groups.
Areas of focus in education are funding equity, school
tax reform, civil rights.

Public Policy Panel
The Arkansas Public Policy Panel is dedicated to achieving
social and economic justice in Arkansas. The Panel does
policy research on various social issues and organizes
mostly in rural, low-income and minority communities.
Areas of focus in education are public school funding,
funding equity, vouchers/privatization, school tax reform,
funding for special needs students, capital needs, and
civil rights.
